In today’s competitive landscape, the easiest and fastest way to have some sort of credibility is by showing a website with a quick intro of your business, your product or service offerings, and a simple and easy way for potential customers to reach out to you.

To be consistent with what you offer I suggest you have a strategy in place to collect emails and push your product/services through that medium which serves as a good engagement tool with your current customer or potential customers. MailChimp is a free site that can help you easily design emails to send to your database, additionally, if at all possible have a social media account that you can use to show your product or work and serves as a resume for potential clients. 

Finally, I suggest having a plan in place. Small businesses might seem overwhelming, but carve some time to plan or program what you want to do for your business in regards to online presence. You can use a couple of hours of your time to improvise your online presence and potentially bring more customers to you.
